Hair care

It turned out that zucchini can be used to conjure not only delicious and healthy food, but also cosmetics. Grate and squeeze the juice on a thin grater. After shampooing, apply to hair and rub into hair follicles, then rinse with a little water, it is not important to remove completely. Zucchini helps strengthen hair and improve its structure. Try to use it as soon as possible, keep it in the fridge for a maximum of 2-3 days.

Tomato – the other excellent cure for strengthening and stimulating hair growth. Puree some tomatoes, apply to hair follicles, cover with foil or towel for 20 minutes, then rinse. For the long-awaited effect, use it twice a week, for one month.

Facial care

Banana masks are useful all year round and have almost no contraindications (except for individual intolerance). The fruit is not an allergen, it is well accepted by the skin, it is suitable for any skin type. Crush one banana at a time, mix with cream and apply on face for 20-25 minutes, then wash off with warm water. The skin then becomes supple and silky, it can be done 3-4 times a week.

Cucumber mask is probably the most famous vegetable mask that refreshes, tones, fights pigment spots and freckles. It is also a great remedy for acne. Cut a cucumber taken from the refrigerator into thin slices, place on face, remove after half an hour and rinse face. We can do this every day.

For making face masks is suitable almost any green plant – dill, parsley, celery, sorrel, spinach. Each is rich in vitamins and minerals. For example, a mask made from fresh parsley leaves helps reduce mimic wrinkles and has a rejuvenating effect. Finely grind the plants, release their juice and spread on the face. Remove after 15-20 minutes. It can be repeated 2-3 times a week.
