Sony is holding a digital PlayStation Showcase event on Wednesday, May 24 at 10pm CEST. The livestream will last ‘just over’ an hour and will cover PlayStation 5 and PS VR2 games from ‘top studios worldwide’.
Information about games from PlayStation Studios itself, as well as from third-party developers and indie studios, will be shared during the PlayStation Showcase live stream, Sony says . The manufacturer also announces that ‘new IPs’ will be shown. More information about the broadcast is not given. The Showcase will be broadcast on YouTube and Twitch.
The final PlayStation Showcase aired on September 9, 2021. It revealed the first-party games Gran Turismo 7, Spider-Man 2 and Wolverine, among others. A remake of Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic was also shown and the first images of God of War: Ragnarök were shown.
